From December 3rd to 4th, 2019, Harbin Electric Valve Co., Ltd. passed the in-plant qualification test of the mock-up prototype of civil nuclear safety equipment design and manufacturing license organized by the Nuclear Safety Administration.

During the period, the technical review experts listened to the company's relevant reports on the manufacture of analog parts, reviewed the quality reports and certification test outlines of the valve company's nuclear safety equipment certification simulator prototype parts production, and witnessed the relevant parts of the mock-up prototype factory. Qualification test, including: nuclear-level instrument valve, nuclear-level cock valve related strength test, action performance test, sealing test.

         After the production department, the second workshop, the quality and quality inspection department, the research and development department, the process department, the power equipment department and other relevant departments have fully prepared and cooperated with the in-plant qualification test, the original identification period is 3 days. It was completed in 1.5 days.

The passing of this qualification test marks that the valve company has taken a solid step towards the nuclear power market. It is hoped that relevant departments of the company will make persistent efforts to complete the off-site qualification test as planned and complete the tasks of civil nuclear safety equipment design and manufacturing expansion certification.
